Swimming is an excellent way to work entire body and cardiovascular system. Swimming helps to manage stress and boosts your mood. Also knowing swimming will helps in emergency situations too.The Society continues to make a conscious effort to encourage students, to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, along with their pursuit of academic excellence.Swimming classes are held after regular School hours. External Coaches who are competent and skilled are invited to provide the coaching.
